From humble beginnings to industry leaders, our journey has always been guided by craftsmanship, purpose, and passion for log homes.
We began in 2016 with a hands-on approach, building custom log furniture by hand in a horse barn—no fancy shop, just a deep love for woodworking and a drive to create. That early business grew quickly, with our pieces landing in homes across the country, featured by global retailer Nordstrom and even making an appearance on the hit TV show The Voice. But it was never just about furniture—it was about honoring the character and tradition of natural wood.
That passion led Cody, our co-founder, to apprentice with Amish cabin builders in rural Kentucky, learning the art of log cabin construction from the ground up. With a shared vision of becoming a one-stop shop for log homes, we moved west to Central Oregon and took over a few retiring handcrafted log home companies. There, we began building stunning custom log homes using massive Douglas fir, lodgepole pine, and cedar logs.
As we worked on these new builds, we saw a growing need for log home restoration—especially for older homes in need of care and repair. We responded by building a dedicated crew focused on restoring, maintaining, and preserving log cabins and log homes. That quickly became the heart of our work.
Along the way, we were cast in and filmed Lincoln Log Masters—a hit TV show that followed our team across Oregon as we built and restored log homes. The show gave audiences a front-row seat to our passion, craftsmanship, and commitment to doing things the right way.
When Cody returned to Kentucky to be closer to family, it sparked a bigger question: Why should we only serve log homes in Oregon? That moment became the catalyst for our growth, expanding our services across the country.
